Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Sunrise Homes, we strive for complete transparency. Since our work involves construction, raw materials, and specialized design services, our return and refund guidelines are structured to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

Project Cancellations

Cancellations made before the commencement of physical work or material procurement may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or planning fees incurred. Once physical construction has started, cancellations cannot be refunded due to the mobilized workforce and site preparation.

Design & Architecture Fees

Fees paid for architectural drawings, 3D renderings, structural planning, and interior design consultations are generally non-refundable once the initial drafts have been shared. These represent intellectual property and consumed professional time.

Material Returns

If physical materials (like tiles, fixtures, or specific construction elements) have been ordered for your project, a refund will depend strictly on the respective supplier's return policy. Any restocking fees charged by vendors will be deducted from your advance.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during the initial transaction. For any discrepancies, please reach out to our accounts department.
