Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may impact project timelines or result in temporary suspension of work.
We commit to maintaining construction quality using standard industry practices and materials. Any warranty coverage will be defined within the project agreement.
The Sunrise Homes shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party disruptions.
All designs, drawings, concepts, and website content remain the intellectual property of The Sunrise Homes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
